- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified

- The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
- Minimum wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (typically 10–30x)

- Technical issues caused by third parties
- Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders)
